Our leadership team would like to inform you that RJ McCauley’s contract as the liaison for our Ignition Student Conferences with CSBC has been concluded due to budgetary restrictions.
Although RJ is no longer contracted for Ignition, he is still a CSBC Champion and will passionately continue to assist youth leaders across California through a variety of opportunities.
RJ has been an asset to the CSBC Evangelism team, contributing significantly to youth evangelism, leadership, and connecting with youth leaders. I want to say how much I appreciate his hard work and dedication. With RJ’s help, California has relaunched and hosted 5 Ignition events. Over these last three years, Ignition has seen approximately 150 church groups and 3,000 students participate—and we especially celebrate the nearly 600 Gospel decisions! Please join me in thanking RJ for his dedication and contributions. Let’s also join together in praying for his success in youth ministry as he continues to serve as the Student Ministries Pastor at Magnolia Church in Riverside, CA.
