Are you a young leader or new to Southern Baptist life?
If that’s you, you should join the NextGen Leaders Network. This network exists to equip California Southern Baptists in their first years of ministry through times of connecting, mentoring, and resourcing. We’re working to bridge the gap between older and younger leaders in California.
The network meets three times per year: once in-person and twice online. It meets in-person on the first night of the annual CSBC Pastors Conference (the night before the beginning of the CSBC’s Annual meeting). It also meets twice per year online in a Zoom Gathering. The network is led by Stephen Jones, RJ McCauley, and Josh Sanchez.
