FRIDAY

6:00 PM - 7:15 PM CHECK - IN / REGISTRATION

• Registration Packets: These will have 1 name tag for group leader. This will be your “ticket” for leader gathering Saturday morning.

7:00 PM DOORS OPEN

• We encourage you to sit together with your group during all sessions and meal times.

7:15 PM - 8:15 PM SESSION ONE

• Gospel Response: Students will be given a chance to respond to the gospel during this time. There are decision cards and bracelets for you to use in the decision room students will be directed to.

8:15 PM – 8:30 PM BREAK

8:30 PM – 9:00 PM ARTIST CONCERT

9:00 PM DISMISS TO SMALL GROUP DISCUSSION FOR S1

SATURDAY: November 9th

9:00 AM DOORS OPEN

• Make sure your entire group (students & adults) keep on their wrist bands as this is their “ticket” into the event each day.

9:15 AM - 9:30 AM PRESHOW

9:30 AM - 10:25 AM SESSION TWO

10:25 AM - 10:40 AM BREAK & GROUP LEADER GATHERING

• Leader Gathering: 1 Group Leader from each group will be dismissed first for our Leader Gathering. Make sure you have your Group Leader name tag. Group leaders will receive materials, resources for your students for session 4, and some fun treats. You won’t want to miss it.

10:40 AM - 11:30 AM SESSION THREE

11:30 AM - 1:30 PM LUNCH

• Lunch: Lunch is on your own during this time. So take a look around the area ahead of time!

1:30 PM - 3:30 PM BREAKOUT SESSIONS

3:30 AM - 6:30 PM BREAK

• This is a great time for SMALL GROUP DISCUSSION FOR S2 + S3

6:30 PM DOORS OPEN

6:45 PM - 7:00 AM PRESHOW

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM SESSION FOUR

• Offering: At the beginning of worship, there will be a time for students to put what they have be learning into action and give to the work of Samaritan’s Purse. For just $25, students can fund a box from Operation Christmas Child in hard to reach places.
